Course Description
This is an introductory course on the interpretation of protein mass spectra which will benefit those with little or no experience with interpretation. Registrants should have some basic knowledge of protein structures. Mass spectrometry principles and practical examples will be taught in the course. Problem-solving time is added to illustrate the principles of interpretation. This course will emphasize on the interpretation of electrospray ionization mass spectra (ESI). A calculator is required.

This is one-day course.
