The overall mission of the
University of Wisconsin-Madison Human Proteomics Program is to improve the health of the citizens of Wisconsin, the nation and the world through a program of research and education dedicated to understanding the basis for human health and disease, identifying potential molecular targets for the treatment of disease, and developing high-throughput assays for early detection of disease and the risk for disease.
