Hello MASH Users,
In most version of windows, the file path length is limited to 260 characters. If exceeded by some temporary file in the deconvolution or search process this will cause a deconvolution or search to fail.
Newer versions of windows will have a path length limit of 32,000 characters and we plan to address this issue when this windows update has been widely adopted.
Temporary Solution/Work Around
Shorten your file names or file paths.
We'll add an announcement when this is changed.
